Quantity Surveyor

A successful and busy contractor has an excellent opportunity for a Quantity to join their team and work within the property, refurbishment, and maintenance sector on long-term frameworks.This role involves working closely with clients on minor works projects, covering a wide variety of schemes including refurbishments, building maintenance, ranging from £10k up to £100k. You will manage both reactive and planned maintenance, working with day schedules or schedules of rates, and overseeing multiple projects at any one time.Responsibilities include:Pricing works from £10k-£100kCost management and reporting from inception to final accountProducing CVRsWorking under JCT, Schedule of Rates, and other contract formsManaging and supporting the commercial function across several live projectsYou will join a friendly and supportive commercial team based in a busy office environment; you''ll work closely with an experienced operations team who have strong, long-term client relationships.The company offers an excellent benefits package, including a car allowance, competitive salary in the region of £40,000-£50,000, and strong career progression opportunities.
