Aspiring Quantity Surveyor required for an ambitious fit-out sub-contractor in the heart of Essex. Annual Salary: £35-45k Location: Essex, London Job Type: Full-time We are seeking a proactive and ambitious aspiring Quantity Surveyor with 2-3 years of experience at Assistant level, ready to take the next step in their career. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Work closely with the Managing Surveyor, Contracts Managers, and Project Managers to commercially deliver a varied portfolio of fit-out projects. Handle all aspects from procurement through to final account, becoming an integral part of a collaborative commercial team. Engage confidently with clients and project teams, ensuring smooth project delivery. Enjoy a hands-on role that takes you from the office to the project site, actively participating in all phases of the project lifecycle. Required Skills and Qualifications: 2-3 years'' experience in Quantity Surveying, specifically with knowledge in ceilings and partitions. Confidence in working with clients and project teams. A strong desire to take on responsibility and contribute significantly to project outcomes. Ability to work effectively in both office and site environments.
