Working on high-profile projects, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders, contractors and supply chain partners to ensure commercial success, effective risk management and value for money throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Commercial management of construction and works contracts Administration of contracts throughout the project lifecycle Managing early warnings, compensation events and change control processes Cost forecasting, valuations, payments and final accounts Supporting contract negotiations and dispute resolution activities Identifying and mitigating commercial and business risks Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Maintaining high-quality commercial and contractual records Providing commercial guidance and support across project teams ..... full job details .....
