The successful candidate will be responsible for the commercial management of projects from procurement through to final account, working closely with the Director, project management team, clients, main contractors, subcontractors and suppliers. Duties - Commercial management of drylining and internal fit-out projects from tender through to completion. Reviewing drawings, specifications, scopes of works and subcontract documentation.
