Quantity Surveyor

Delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. They are seeking a skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their team and support the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities
• Manage project costs from initial estimates through to final accounts
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare tender documentation
• Monitor project expenditures and control costs to ensure budgets are met
• Prepare interim valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Liaise with project managers, site teams, suppliers, and clients
• Ensure compliance with contractual and financial procedures

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and cost control
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Excel, QS or estimating software)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
