About the Role The successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of construction Key responsibilities include: Managing valuations, variations, cost control, and payments. Working closely with project teams and clients to ensure profitability. Maintaining and developing strong relationships with bulk house builders.
