We are open to candidates seeking either direct Permanent employment or a Temp-to-Perm arrangement. You will take full commercial ownership of allocated schemes to protect profit margins, manage project cash flow, and control costs throughout the project lifecycle. Experience in Facade Remediation, Fire Remediation, or both is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Commercial and Financial Control: Produce, maintain, and issue CVRs and Cost to Complete (CTC) forecasts, track gross margins, and manage project cash flow.
