The multi-million-pound framework covers both landside and airside civil engineering and structural building schemes, including pavement renewals, utility diversions, and terminal enhancements. In this role, you will initially oversee commercial delivery for 2 to 3 landside road schemes valued between £300k and £500k each. The projects are currently in the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) / design phase and will be delivered primarily under NEC Option E (Cost Reimbursable) and NEC Option A (Target Contract) forms.
