Working closely with operational site teams, clients, and Joint Venture/Alliance partners, this role ensures rigorous cost control, accurate forecasting, and effective contract management under standard civil engineering contracts. Key Responsibilities Financial Performance & Governance Produce accurate monthly Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs), cash flow forecasts, and commercial plans across projects and business units. Utilize Earned Value Management (EVM) and detailed cost analysis to track project profitability and expenditure. Adhere to and refine internal governance, including JV and Alliance commercial processes where applicable. Optimize inter-company trading and cross-entity financial alignment.
