Working alongside a Site Manager and Project Manager within a tight-knit delivery team, you will take full commercial ownership of local schemes from procurement through to final accounts. This role is ideal for a commercially sharp QS with 5-8 years of post-graduate experience , particularly those with a proven track record delivering projects within live healthcare environments . Key Responsibilities Commercial Leadership: Serve as the main commercial contact on site, managing financial performance alongside the Site Manager and Project Manager. Cost Control & Reporting: Lead Monthly Cost-Value Reconciliations (CVRs), manage Work in Progress (WIP) valuations, track profit & loss, and monitor live margins against tender allowances.
