Your new company The services of Hays have been retained by our client, Radius Direct Ltd, to recruit a Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis to assist with the cost management of a range of maintenance and planned works.Formed in July 2025, Radius Direct Ltd is a subsidiary of Radius Housing Association and was established to enhance and supplement existing property maintenance operations.Radius Direct supports the delivery of essential services including servicing, planned maintenance, minor works, and repairs.Your new role Responsible to the Director of Asset Management, you will provide commercial and cost management support across planned works, responsive repairs, and servicing/compliance work streams.
