Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their Build Division, supporting the successful commercial delivery of major logistics hubs, warehousing and distribution centre projects. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will play a key role in managing the commercial aspects of projects from pre-construction through to final account, ensuring schemes are delivered on programme, within budget and to the highest commercial standards.
