An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing and well-established construction and fit-out specialist delivering high-quality commercial projects across London.

Based out of modern offices in London Bridge, this hybrid role will see the successful candidate working on a range of commercial fit-out schemes valued up to -3m. The position offers the chance to join a collaborative and ambitious team with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional workplace environments.

Reporting into the Commercial Director, responsibilities will include:

• Managing the commercial aspects of multiple fit-out projects simultaneously
• Preparing cost plans, valuations, and financial reports
• Procurement and management of subcontractor packages
• Administering variations and change control procedures
• Monitoring project costs, budgets, and cash flow
• Assisting with contract administration and final accounts
• Supporting operational teams to ensure commercial success across projects

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• Previous experience within commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes
• Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects concurrently
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and commercial reporting tools

• Salary between -50,000 and -70,000 depending on experience
