This role with be based in Northampton. Quantity Surveyor Roles and Responsibilities Perform the closeout process, ensuring all contract terms are met and payments are verified. Work with the project team to evaluate the impact of budget changes. Ensuring all commercial accountabilities are undertaken in a timely manner, with a high degree of accuracy and measure. Preparing and reviewing tenders with estimators and assisting with understanding the client''s requirements to offer value engineering. Review and validate weekly cost monitors, comparing forecasted costs with actual costs. Forecasting monthly and annual profit figures ensuring figures are maintained throughout the lifetime of the project. Allocating work to sub-contractors including assistance with procurement when required. Undertake site visits to administer the contract in line with project progress.
