This role with be a project based out of their Northampton office working across projects across Anglian Water. Quantity Surveyor Roles and Responsibilities Ensure robust, accurate and timely cost and value reporting at both project and business unit levels Ensure accurate cash flow reporting takes place Carry out cost management, including forecasting Update the monthly CVR, cost and commercial plan Accurate monthly forecasting Ability to challenge resources and costs Maintain deadlines in line with the monthly commercial calendar Quantity Surveyor Requirements BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar commercial related course NEC Contract experience is Essential Previous experience in the construction industry Ability to demonstrate a good knowledge of monthly reporting and earned value analysis.
