This role with be project and site based, with their office based in Manchester and projects across the North West. Quantity Surveyor Roles and Responsibilities Provision of accurate and timely cost and value reporting at both project and business unit levels to inform Group reporting Cost management and project forecasting Drafting and updating a monthly CVR, cost and commercial plans Responsibility for subcontract procurement, negotiation and financial accounting Effectively manage contract and subcontract agreements, primarily IChemE and NEC forms Ability to interrogate and challenge records, reports and cost data Mitigate commercial risk, identify and realise commercial opportunities Work with the wider project team to forecast predicted expenditure and cash recovery to ensure that both are in line with business unit expectation Quantity Surveyor Requirements BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar commercial related course NEC Contract experience is Essential Demonstrable experience in month...
