This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to take ownership of multiple high-value schemes across the UK.The RoleAs Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of multiple projects from pre-construction through to final account. Projects are typically fast-track refurbishments and rollouts within the food retail sector, requiring strong organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines without compromising quality or cost control.Key ResponsibilitiesFull commercial management of food retail rollout and refurbishment projectsCost planning, procurement, and subcontractor managementPreparation and submission of valuations, variations, and final accountsEnsuring projects are delivered within budget and in line with client expectationsWorking closely with project managers and site teams to drive performanceManaging multiple projects simultaneously across nationwide locationsAbout YouProven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within fast-paced environmentsBackground in retail, ideally food retail refurbishments or rolloutsStrong commercial awareness and negotiation ..... full job details .....
