Quantity Surveyor

PSR Solutions are working with an established client within the Civil Engineering Sector to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to Join their Commercial team on a permanent basis. This role with be a project based out of their Northampton office working across projects across Anglian Water. Quantity Surveyor Roles and ResponsibilitiesEnsure robust, accurate and timely cost and value reporting at both project and business unit levelsEnsure accurate cash flow reporting takes placeCarry out cost management, including forecastingUpdate the monthly CVR, cost and commercial planAccurate monthly forecastingAbility to challenge resources and costsMaintain deadlines in line with the monthly commercial calendarQuantity Surveyor RequirementsBSc in Quantity Surveying or similar commercial related courseNEC Contract experience is EssentialPrevious experience in the construction industryAbility to demonstrate a good knowledge of monthly reporting and earned value analysis.Have knowledge and experience in estimation and cost analysis.Excellent communication, numeric and computer literacy skills, proficient in Microsoft OfficeValid driving licenceQuantity Surveyor BenefitsSalary - 40,000 - 60,000 DOEBased in NorthamptonCompany Car or Car Allowance25 days annual leave in addition to 8 public bank holidays and loyalty daysCompany pensionLife AssurancePrivate MedicalIf you are interested in this Quantity Surveyor role, please apply or contact Jack Brown at PSR ..... full job details .....
