With projects spanning multiple sectors, including commercial, residential, education, healthcare, defence, public sector, infrastructure and mixed-use developments, they are looking to expand their team with an experienced Quantity Surveyor.The RoleAs a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial and cost management of projects from early feasibility and pre-contract stages through to final account. Responsibilities will include cost planning, procurement, tender preparation, contract administration, valuations, variations, change control, cost reporting, risk management and final accounts, working closely with clients, contractors, consultants and wider project teams.
