Preparing cost plans, valuations, variations, and final accounts across multiple UK sites. Working closely with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered within budget. Monitoring project costs, forecasting, and reporting on commercial performance. Supporting procurement activities and subcontractor management throughout the project lifecycle. Conducting regular site visits across the UK to oversee project progress and commercial compliance. Ensuring all commercial activities are carried out in line with company procedures and contractual requirements. Quantity Surveyor requirements Previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the industrial or commercial construction sector.
