Quantity Surveyor - Hybrid Attractive Salary + Benefits + Company Car/Allowance + Bonus 36.5-hour week Hybrid working Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland The Opportunity Our client wishes to appoint a Quantity Surveyor for the Property Development Division. Their Property team delivers a diverse range of projects, from smaller-scale improvements through to major developments valued at up to 10m. With hundreds of projects delivered each year, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a commercially focused team and play a key role in shaping the future of the property portfolio. Working alongside experienced project management team, you will have the opportunity to influence projects from initial concept and feasibility through to construction and completion. This is a hybrid role based in Newtownabbey, with an average of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. About the Role As Quantity Surveyor, you will take a key role in managing the commercial performance of a varied portfolio of property projects. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the development, modernisation and acquisition of properties through effective budget and cost management. Developing clear cost metrics, reporting and analysis to support informed commercial decision-making. Preparing capital investment budgets, appraisal papers and detailed budget analysis for management review.
