Projects are generally of high value and there is a particular need currently for people to work on cladding remediation projects for large residential buildings along with other residential, education, healthcare and some commercial projects. You will either be a Quantity Surveyor with an interest in project management and with a couple of years or more post graduation experience or you may be a Project Manager who has a good handle on the cost management side of projects and with a couple of years experience. THE COMPANY My client is a long established busy firm of multi disciplinary consultants with several offices. THE CANDIDATE You will either be a Quantity Surveyor with an interest in Project Management or a Project Manager with some experience of cost management.
