Quantity Surveyor - Recladding / Remediation works The Company My client operate as a Principle Contractor, across recladding works. Working across cladding, roofing, glazing and insulation. Project include: High rise residential towers, commercial office buildings, Public sector developments (education, healthcare, government buildings, high-performance fa ades for energy-efficient buildings HQ based in SE London. The Role - Quantity Surveyor My client are looking to appoint an ambitious Quantity Surveyor, to join the team on a hybrid working basis (x2 from home) Working closely with the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for: Commercial aspects of cladding and fa ade projects, including cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting. Managing variations, valuations, and final accounts. Applying technical knowledge of cladding systems and regulatory requirements. Adapting commercial strategies to maintain programme and protect margins. Negotiate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors Monitor and manage project risks, implementing measures to control costs and mitigate potential issues.
