The Role - Quantity Surveyor My client are looking to appoint an ambitious Quantity Surveyor, to join the team on a hybrid working basis (x2 from home) Working closely with the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for: Commercial aspects of cladding and fa-ade projects, including cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting. Managing variations, valuations, and final accounts. Applying technical knowledge of cladding systems and regulatory requirements. Adapting commercial strategies to maintain programme and protect margins.
