QUANTITY SURVEYOR - MEASURED TERM CONTRACTLocation: Liverpool/North WestType: Temp to Perm basis We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team, working across social housing, roofing and cladding projects under Measured Term Contracts.The successful candidate will have strong commercial experience and a good understanding of MTC frameworks, ideally with experience working for a main contractor, specialist contractor, housing provider or local authority.Key responsibilities:Managing the commercial aspects of MTC contractsPreparing valuations, applications for payment and final accountsCost control, forecasting and financial reportingMeasurement and pricing of worksManaging variations, compensation events and contract changesReviewing subcontractor accounts and paymentsSupporting procurement and subcontractor managementLiaising with clients, contract managers, site teams and supply chainEnsuring works are accurately measured and valued in accordance with the contractMonitoring commercial performance and identifying risks and opportunitiesAbout you:Proven Quantity Surveying experienceExperience with Measured Term ContractsBackground in social housing, roofing, cladding or planned maintenanceRelevant QS qualification To apply please email (url ..... full job details .....
