Quantity Surveyor

Leading civils and groundworks company is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to work a variety of projects throughout the UK. Projects include : earthworks, excavation, drainage, 278 works, groundworks. About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our clients growing team. Our office is based in Stratford-Upon-Avon and we have projects in various locations across the UK including Oxford, Bristol, Swindon and the midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, commercially aware, and skilled at delivering cost-effective solutions across a range of projects.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction cost management and be confident in supporting projects from inception through to completion.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantitiesManage project costs and track financial performance throughout project lifecyclesConduct tender analysis and prepare tender documentationAssess subcontractor quotations and manage procurement processesPrepare interim valuations, final accounts, and variationsLiaise with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure accurate cost controlProvide commercial advice and reporting to the senior teamEnsure compliance with contractual terms and industry standardsRequirementsProven experience as a Quantity Surveyor (minimum 2+ years preferred)Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field (or equivalent experience)Strong ..... full job details .....
