The company delivers specialist cladding and roofing projects across a range of sectors, including housing, healthcare, education and major commercial frameworks . The Role The successful Quantity Surveyor will work closely with the Commercial and Operations teams, taking responsibility for the financial and commercial delivery of multiple cladding and roofing projects. The position will be predominantly office-based, with regular site visits required. Key Responsibilities Support Estimators throughout the tender process, including tender negotiations. Prepare and analyse project costings covering materials, quantities, labour and programme. Negotiate contracts, work schedules and commercial terms. Monitor subcontractor applications and payments.
