This is a full-time permanent position based out of their Stafford office with hybrid and flexible working. Your new roleAs a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of major power infrastructure projects from award through to final account. Working closely with project delivery teams, clients and supply chain partners, you will ensure projects are delivered commercially successfully while identifying opportunities to drive value and manage risk. Key responsibilities will include: Managing the commercial performance of infrastructure projects throughout their lifecycle Administering NEC contracts, including Compensation Events, Early Warning Notices and payment applications Producing cost reports, forecasts, CVRs and commercial performance updates Managing subcontract procurement, valuations, payments and final accounts Identifying and managing commercial risks and ..... full job details .....
