With a strong pipeline of secured work and continued growth across National Grid projects, this is an excellent opportunity to join a business that offers long-term career development while contributing to nationally significant projects.This is a full-time permanent position based out of their Stafford office with hybrid and flexible working.Your new role As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of major power infrastructure projects from award through to final account. Working closely with project delivery teams, clients and supply chain partners, you will ensure projects are delivered commercially successfully while identifying opportunities to drive value and manage risk.Key responsibilities will include:Managing the commercial performance of infrastructure projects throughout their lifecycleAdministering NEC contracts, including Compensation Events, Early Warning Notices and payment applicationsProducing cost reports, forecasts, CVRs and commercial performance updatesManaging subcontract procurement, valuations, payments and final accountsIdentifying and managing commercial risks and ..... full job details .....
