Rest assured, all final decisions are made by our hiring team, and your application will be reviewed with care and attention.The role:In this role you will support procurement activities associated with the packages/sub-projects (over £100m) and with support from the Lead Quantity Surveyor act as the key commercial representative providing guidance on commercial and contract management considerations and advising on contract options and budget estimates, including risk andamp; contingency allowances.Responsibilities:You''ll be responsible for the quality assurance of construction contracts, including maintaining accurate contractor data records, providing commercial and contract management support, guidance and coaching to the project delivery team and ensure contractor costs are robustly managed across your package.You''ll ensure contract compliance through effective contract management activities including monitoring of spend against agreed budgets, KPIs and other metrics.
