QUANTITY SURVEYOR - GROWING CONTRACTOR - CENTRAL LONDON WITH UK SITE VISITS

A fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing contractor who are based in Covent Garden and looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the time. The Quantity Surveyor will be working closely with the Project Manager on main contracting projects across residential and commercial up to -10m.

The role is office based but does require site visits across the UK so only apply if you are ok with travelling to sites nationwide.

Duties include procurement, cost planning and contract analysis, valuation and payments and final accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong main contracting background on residential or commercial projects.
