You''ll oversee a portfolio of refurbishment, build and fit-out projects typically ranging from £500k-£5m, working with a steady pipeline of long-term, reliable clients.Key Responsibilities:Manage the commercial delivery of multiple live projects simultaneouslyOversee monthly valuations, cost reporting and cashflow forecastingLead subcontract procurement, assessment and payment processesMonitor project financial performance and identify risk/opportunityPrepare and negotiate variations and final accountsEnsure compliance with contract conditions and company proceduresWork closely with site teams to track progress and maintain commercial controlBuild strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partnersContribute to commercial strategy and help maintain healthy project marginsAttend regular progress meetings and provide clear commercial updatesReview and approve subcontractor applications and change ordersSupport programme delivery by resolving commercial issues promptlyMaintain accurate project documentation and audit-ready recordsThis is an excellent opportunity for a QS seeking stability, autonomy and a strong pipeline of work within a trusted, long-established contractor. ..... full job details .....
