Their projects include new build developments, extensions, conversions and refurbishments on residential and commercial buildings. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for managing around 3 projects at any one time. These could be new build or refurbishment projects that range in value up to -5 million. The client''s current and upcoming workload focuses on Commercial builds (inclduing school''s, retail and offices).
