The Company

My client are a Specialist Facade Contractor who also operate as a Principle Contractor.

Specialising in external envelope solutions for commercial, residential and public sector projects.

Projects typically range in value from -500K to -5M, with larger-scale up to -10M

HQ based in Liverpool.

The Role - Project Quantity Surveyor or Senior QS - Facade/Cladding

My client are looking to appoint an ambitious Quantity Surveyor, to join them on their sites in Liverpool.

Reporting into the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for:

• Commercial ownership of cladding and fa-ade projects in Liverpool, including cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Ensuring compliance with terms
• Applying technical knowledge of cladding systems and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain programme and protect margins.
• Negotiate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Monitor and manage project risks, implementing measures to control costs and mitigate potential issues.
