Quantity Surveyor / Estimator 55 000 + Car Allowance (flexibility)An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially astute Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join a well-established and growing construction business delivering a diverse portfolio of projects valued up to 2.5m.This is a dynamic role offering genuine responsibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work across multiple live projects within a supportive and ambitious commercial team.The RoleReporting directly to the Commercial Manager, you will take ownership of all commercial aspects of projects from pre-construction through to final account. You will typically manage between 35 live projects simultaneously, ensuring commercial performance, financial control, and successful delivery throughout.Key responsibilities include:Managing all commercial aspects of construction projects up to 2.5mPricing and procuring subcontract packagesPreparing valuations, cost reports, and financial forecastingManaging variations and change control processesProducing and agreeing final accountsSupporting estimating and tendering functions as requiredMaintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teamsAbout YouWe are looking for a motivated self-starter with strong commercial awareness and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment.Requirements:Degree or HNC qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related commercial disciplineProven experience within a Quantity ..... full job details .....
