Quantity Surveyor

We are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work for a Leading Piling and Ground Engineering Contractor who operate nationally. Our client offers specialist Piling services using various Piling techniques, in all industry sectors. This role will offer a Hybrid working opportunity for the right candidate with excellent career progression working for a market leading Piling and Ground Engineering contractor. Relevant Qualifications needed; Degree Qualified Progressed steadily from a Groundworks, Piling or related Sub-contracting background Previously worked in the Civil engineering sector. Previous experience in a similar role as either an Intermediate QS or Quantity Surveyor level. Roles and Responsibilities: The preparation of Valuations/Applications for Payment The preparation of Cost Reports to the Client The preparation and management of subcontract and material procurement schedules. The administration of subcontractor/supplier accounts Contract administration, including change management and maintaining associated registers.
