A top-tier contractor-developer is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a 300-unit new-build residential project in North London. You will work closely with the Senior QS and commercial leads, gaining exposure to a large-scale, high-profile scheme, and have the opportunity to develop into a project-running role.

Title: Intermediate / Project Quantity Surveyor
Project: 300-unit New-Build Residential Development
Location: North London
Salary: £60,(Apply online only) - £80,(Apply online only) + package
Start: ASAP

Responsibilities
- Manage procurement and subcontractor packages
- Handle valuations, variations, and progress payments
- Support project reporting and cost forecasting
- Attend site and progress meetings with the wider team
- Contribute to the successful commercial delivery of the project

Requirements
- Experience within residential, commercial fit-out, or new-build projects
- Strong understanding of JCT contracts and the full project lifecycle
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
- Ambition to progress into a lead or project-running role
