Salary: £60,(Apply online only) - £80,(Apply online only) + Package

The Opportunity
A leading contractor-developer is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a flagship £150m mixed-use development in Central London, incorporating residential, leisure, and retail elements.

This is a high-profile, complex scheme requiring a commercially minded QS who can manage packages effectively and contribute to the full project lifecycle. The role offers exposure to diverse workstreams and the opportunity to make a significant impact on a landmark Central London project.

Key Responsibilities

Take commercial responsibility for project packages
Manage cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting
Support procurement and subcontractor management through to final account
Identify and mitigate commercial risks
Work closely with senior management and operational teams
Assist in governance and reporting across the full project lifecycle

Requirements

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on mixed-use or large-scale developments
Strong understanding of high-value package management
Full project lifecycle experience from pre-construction to final account
Main contractor or contractor-developer experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
