Quantity Surveyor

Noble Recruiting have a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join an established and renowned Building Services provider based out of Ashington offices to deliver occupational health and safety across all of our Client''s group operations. This is a Permanent, Full Time position from the start! Please note: Candidates MUST have own transport if you wish to apply for this position Salary: 52,621 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm Free parking on site. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver the day-to-day and competently guide the Quantity Surveying duties and administration of the contracts/agreements of Asset and Property, ensuring that all aspects of contract administration, including application format(s), certification, valuation processes, variation and final account processes are timely and ensuring compliance with the conditions laid out within the relevant contracts, best practice, legislation (Construction Act), Group Delegatory Framework and standing orders/financial regulations. Support the implementation, future improvement, and interconnectivity with all systems of planned investment contract administration, assets management, commercial management software and all other systems used. Attend project/site locations to support development of work scope and required schedule of works, informing tendering process and pre-start activities.
