This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor looking to develop their career within a growing business, working across a range of civil engineering and infrastructure projects. The Role As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of projects from pre-contract through to final account. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors and clients to ensure projects are delivered commercially successfully. Key responsibilities will include: Managing project costs, budgets and financial reporting. Preparing and reviewing valuations, applications for payment and final accounts. Managing subcontractor accounts, payments and variations. Preparing and submitting cost/value reports. Monitoring project expenditure and identifying commercial risks.
