As a growing business with a forward-thinking, lean approach to operations, Build Twenty Two is looking for a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to help protect margins and keep projects running smoothly as the company continues to grow. The Opportunity You will take commercial responsibility for a portfolio of high-end new build, renovation and refurbishment projects, managing costs from tender and procurement through to project completion and final account. Working closely with Directors, Site Managers, clients, subcontractors and suppliers, you will ensure projects are commercially well controlled, risks are identified early, and margins are protected.
