The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project finances, overseeing subcontractor accounts, controlling costs and ensuring effective commercial and contractual management across a range of projects nationwide.The RoleRoleTo manage the financial and contractual aspects of subcontractor accounts across multiple projects nationwide, ensuring effective cost control, risk management and commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves providing commercial guidance, maintaining effective communication with subcontractors and internal teams, and supporting the successful delivery of projects while maximising value and profitability.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all commercial aspects of projects, ensuring effective financial and contractual control.Review, analyse and agree subcontract documentation, including terms and conditions, warranties and bonds.Investigate, prepare and submit variations, claims and measurements to support interim valuations and final account settlements.Monitor and ..... full job details .....
