Their portfolio includes multi-property roofing replacement and refurbishment programmes alongside flat roofing, pitched roofing, external refurbishment, and retrofit works. With continued growth and a strong project workload, the business is looking to strengthen its commercial team with an experienced Quantity Surveyor. Roles/Responsibilities Commercially manage roofing and refurbishment projects from contract award through to final account. Prepare and submit applications for payment and valuations. Manage variations, change control, and associated commercial documentation. Produce CVRs, cost reports, and commercial forecasts. Monitor project costs, margins, cash flow, and overall commercial performance. Manage subcontractor procurement, appointments, and commercial administration.
