Based from the company''s Romford office , with regular travel to live projects, you''ll take commercial responsibility for your own portfolio of works and work closely with the wider commercial and project delivery teams. This is a hands-on commercial position covering projects from initial handover through to final account. Key Responsibilities - Commercial management of multiple live projects - Prepare and submit valuations and applications for payment - Identify, price and manage variations - Monitor project costs, margins and commercial performance - Produce cost reports and forecasts - Manage subcontractor and supplier accounts - Assist with procurement and subcontractor appointments - Review contracts and identify potential commercial risks - Work closely with Project Managers to monitor project performance - Attend client, commercial and progress meetings - Carry out regular site visits - Manage change control and ensure additional works are c...
