This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with experience within fa-ades, cladding, building envelope or the wider construction sector. The contractor works across a range of projects including new build, refurbishment, remedial works and re-cladding, covering a variety of fa-ade and external envelope systems. The Role As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of projects from pre-construction and contract award through to final account. You will work closely with the commercial, operational and design teams, as well as clients, subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure projects are delivered successfully and profitably.
