The successful candidate will have a strong background in civils, groundworks or enabling works , with the ability to manage projects commercially from procurement through to final account. Key Responsibilities Manage the commercial aspects of civils and groundworks projects. Prepare and submit valuations, variations and payment applications. Manage subcontractor accounts, payments and applications. Monitor project costs, budgets and forecasts. Procure subcontractors and materials.
