The Role: They now want to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to expand their team in line with current and future workload. Typical projects involve restoring Listed buildings to their former glory and are valued between £2million-£10million. The role is mainly office based, they also offer home working (up to 2 days a week) and flexible working (start early leave early/late and leave late to work around you).
