• We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor on an ongoing basis to join an established Commercial team, working on a range of exciting projects across the UK.
• Reporting to an experienced Commercial Manager, you’ll work closely with the commercial, operations and technical teams to keep projects running smoothly and commercially on track.
• We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, manage their own workload and get involved from day one.

 Key Responsibilities

• Managing the commercial and contractual side of projects.
• Monitoring costs, cash flow, profitability and risks.
• Preparing monthly cost reports and valuations.
• Managing variations and final accounts.
• Working closely with the site and Contracts Management teams.
• Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and the wider project team.
