Quantity SurveyorPlymouth Full Time Permanent Salary: £50,000 £60,000 + Excellent Benefits Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to work on varied and high-profile projects across the Industrial and Defence sectors? We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a skilled and driven Quantity Surveyor to join their team, based at their Plymouth depot. Purpose of the Role: To ensure the company receives fair entitlement to all amounts due while maintaining strong governance and project controls. You will also be responsible for providing a clear and accurate monthly profit and loss position, along with the anticipated final forecast. About the Role: You will work across a variety of contracts supporting the Industrial and Defence Business Units. Reporting to the Commercial Manager and operating independently of the site operations team, you will ensure robust commercial controls are in place. Working collaboratively with Project Managers and site teams, you will verify progress, control expenditure, and help meet financial objectives while delivering first-class service to the customer. You will also be the customer s day-to-day point of contact for all commercial matters on the contract.
