You will be working on a variety of railway civil engineering and general civil engineering schemes valued from roughly £300k up to £2.5M with duties consisting of: Develop client relationships by maintaining regular contact and meetings Monitor contract costs against agreed budgets Monitor contract compliance against statutory requirements, ensuring all contract correspondence is recorded Supply relevant commercial information and reports to the Senior QS and Commercial Manager for review, such as CVR''s, periodic valuations/ applications and cash flow forecasting.
